Registration Fees: Road Routes (40 and 75 km)

*NOTE:  Minimum age for Road Routes is 12 years old.

 If a rider collects donations to a minimum level online and/or offline using our pledge sheets, the registration fee will be waived.  Minimum levels are as follows:

1. Register Online

 To register online for the Road or Trail routes, just click here!

Once you have finished registering, the Paypal page will give you an option to “Return to Centre Wellington Food Bank, which will take you back to a page where you can Edit your Profile, Form a Team, or Join a Team.  You will also receive a confirmation via email that will contain a live link to return to the Food Cycle Ride website.

2. Register by Mail

 Download the registration form and the waiver form (for adults or minors), fill them out and make out a cheque payable to the Centre Wellington Food Bank.

 Advance registration must be received by Friday, May 26, to leave time for processing.

3, Register on Event Day

Registration at the starting location begins at 8:00 am, Sunday, May 29 at the Elora Public School, 288 Mill Street E., Elora.  To save time, please download the registration form and the waiver form, fill them out, and bring them to the registration booth.  Due to insurance requirements, all riders under the age of 18 require that their waiver form be signed by a parent or guardian.

If you plan to collect donations off-line, please download the pledge sheet and bring it, along with cheques or cash donations, to the registration booth.  All donations of $10 or more will be receipted for tax purposes as long as the name and mailing address of the donor are complete and legible.

IMPORTANT:  Event day payment is by cheque or cash only.  No debit or credit Interac payment is available.  Cheques should be made payable to Centre Wellington Food Bank.
